About Me

CQ Consulting was founded in 2012, in response to me deciding to go and live my passion –helping people to live and work optimally because they feel better about themselves, or helping them to realise their potential so that they can be the best version of themselves.

I have been described as “fixing people from the inside” and this makes me different to many other coaches who concentrate on the outside of the person and build a personal brand. I believe that it is not possible to separate who a person is at work from whom they are at home or who they were as a child to whom they are as an adult. We are the sum of our experiences. Everything that we have seen and done and been taught goes into making who we are now. Or what’s inside has to come out.

I am an empathetic, intuitive listener and I am able to call on my more than 22 years of being in business and managing people. There are very few who do not feel comfortable with me very quickly. I am great at communication and teaching and am able to explain a situation to a client in a way that they can understand. I have high emotional and social intelligence and am fun, passionate and positive. I prefer to guide and empower clients so that they are able to help themselves, thereby avoiding unhealthy dependency.

I am also goal driven and understand that time is money and that all my clients need tangible results in an agreed to time frame.

In Personal Coaching, I work with people to help them to identify and overcome issues in their lives. In Business Coaching I work with those people who have been identified by Management in order to help them attain goals set by management. In so doing, they get to carry out their jobs optimally. Coaching also may include group talks on a variety of topics. In Business Consulting, I am especially interested in process and strategy. In Mediation, I get to neutrally facilitate a family/friend/business dispute or the dissolution of a marriage or partnership without involving costly and soul destroying litigation. Reflexology is a powerful technique used by many to de-stress and to return their bodies to equilibrium.

I have a background of 22 years in the Medical Device industry with a BScHons in Human Genetics, an MBA (distinctions in Managing People and Organisations and Corporate Strategy); a diploma in reflexology and I am a qualified Divorce and Family Mediator.
